He knew exactly who he was looking at – thank Susan for this! 🙂

The love of this band has reached an intensity that is hard to ignore. It’s pretty deep. It’s so deep that several complained that the show was not long enough. People literally timed the show at around less than 90 minutes… one hour twenty or so? Hmm…and with a deep concern as to why it wasn’t longer.

Thanks Becky M for taking care of this! Best set list collector we’ve got!

Well they played all of the ELAHE selections and classics we expect and enjoy on tour. Only thing missing was the Arcade Fire Ready to Start cover…but that wasn’t on the set list last year either. So…all we can say is…those who are longing for more have a classic case of superfanitis. Many of us suffer from it. It’s dreadful. Even after going to shows for nearly two weeks in a row it’s not enough. There’s never enough of such a great band. This is what happens to you…you become addicted. One show is never enough. If it was we wouldn’t have formed this travel team. Big thanks to Susan for initiating a meetup!

And what a show it was! Look at these shares!

There were some encounters with the band along the way and some snap shots. Those have been posted to various fan pages. Explore and enjoy. Tweet us if you have any questions. We are out of extra tickets for shows but can perhaps assist with other things. This weekend members of the core team head out to Colorado. Say hi if you see those of us with the yellow bands or VIK badges. Those are the hardcores that made sure people got great seats at shows during the reschedule xox.

Tears for Fears Concert Highlights – Murat Theatre 2016

This post is dedicated to the Devine family and to TiffyCuppyCake.

The Devines took great photos which were posted to one of the numerous fan pages on Facebook. We are sharing one of Roland here with permission. TiffyCuppyCake made dolls (we’ve been waiting on these to surface for some time). All the TFF doll jokes Roland had from 2012 are now a reality. It’s a dream come true for us.

On her Instagram, TiffyCuppyCake writes…

SK was a kind soul and got a hold of her for us through a tag. Roland posted some awesome photos of the dolls. Stating, “Since NASA changed everyone’s star sign, @curtsmith and I have grown a lot closer.” Then posted photos of the dolls in the cutest of poses…the loving kiss we all adore.

Here are other posts from that night. Big Shoutout to all of the awesome people who attended including our friends on the ground. We made new friends too. Be sure to like their posts and say hello! Make a new friend and expand the Tears for Fears fan family. 🙂

Compilation of Praise – Tears for Fears Denver, CO 2015

We’ve been sharing the thoughts of many different writers and fans of Tears For Fears these past 3 days. Below is a short compilation of thoughts and images on the “Kool Koncert” featuring Berlin plus The B52s and Tears for Fears. The latter being two bands that we have had the pleasure of following closely for many years (especially now). As mentioned,  AA now lives not too far from Cindy of the B52s and it’s just exciting to see them and be near. Several fans from the East Coast (NYC, NC, Atlanta, etc) attended this show and boy oh boy were fans overwhelmed at how animated, beautiful and overall outstanding the band performed. Special attention was paid to Curt and Roland’s liveliness on stage as well as Roland’s dancing around. Fans uploaded many videos from various angles to YouTube and the response was electric.

Denver’s Live Music Meetup Made this show one of their featured events. That’s always cool. If you’re looking for Tears for Fears fans in your area that may want to join the travel fan fun, meetup.com is a good place to find them in your city.
